NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 18 OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, ACT 4 OF 2013 (“POPIA”)

The Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) was enacted to regulate the lawful processing of personal information by both public and private bodies. The Act gives effect to the constitutional right to privacy, subject to reasonable limitations that protect other important rights and interests.
